Solution

We provided the client with program, project and change management leadership and execution. The team leveraged a repeatable methodology to manage the project to ensure successful, on time, on budget delivery. They developed a cohesive and custom change approach to educate, train and communicate all stakeholders and impacted employees and groups to enable user adoption. We developed a high-touch approach to HyperCare and the follow-on support model creating in-house super-users and experts on the new processes and technology.

Outcome

After a successful implementation of the new processes and technology, the client achieved 100% user adoption after end user training and the HyperCare period. This program has been used as the model for change for subsequent strategic initiatives at the company. Survey data collected at the end of the implementation showed high levels of employee engagement, job satisfaction and a greater understanding of the overall financial processes and where they fit in.
